Current Semco double hung storm/screen combinations’ come complete with the storm unit as well as the screen. These are now all aluminum so there are no wooden parts to rot nor plastic tracks to crack or break. These screw right into the frame (screws supplied and holes pre drilled for quick easy installation) These will stand the test of time in the weather. in order to measure all, you have to do is stand in your home and measure the visible glass width and height of your actual double hung sash (not the storm window sash).
Please see illustration above to show how to measure. These new style storms do have different site lines. Please see illustrations above to compare old with the new. These are special order and are none returnable. Please allow 10-12 plus weeks for manufacturing. REMEMBER: Always width first than height!

Please note that all measurements are based on the visible glass size of your actual double hung window NOT! the storm window. You can stand inside your home and easily just measure the visible glass width and height of the window sash. You can do top or bottom measurement. If the glass is different top and bottom you will measure both.
