This hinge us used on arch casements and casements the need to meet egress hinge codes. This is the only butt hinge that is offered (old style discontinued). If you have this hinge you can replace one at a time or all. If you have the old style discontinued butt hinge you can still use this hinge but you need to replace all hinges on that particular sash so they are all the same. Hinges are universal. No returns. Usually ships in 2-4 weeks
