 Semco Closed its doors in December of 2019 ,we offer a replacement sash that fits into the Semco casement frame. While these are similar, that are not an exact match.

These replacement sash are manufactured to fit the SEMCO casement sash opening 1985 to December 2019

 

Price is per each sash. Replacement sash only , fits Semco awnings manufactured from 1988 to December 2019. (Price is per each sash) Comes with sealed glass unit and pine interior frame clad or wood exterior and sash weather-strip applied on top and two sides.(no weather strip on bottom as to let any moisture weep out. Please know what you are ordering, these are manufactured to size and options based on the choices you make online and can not be returned. All sash shipped with standard glass. Note that picture above is sample only. clad and wood exterior sash are not interchangeable. You have to replace with the same unit you originally have Any other options such as simulated divided light would need a custom quoted, if custom quote needed please contact us via the contact option on the web site. Remember all measurements based on visible glass size of window.

 

 COMES WITH

1. Replacement sash come complete with Wood or Heavy .050 extruded aluminum clad exterior /interior pine/glass/and weather strip on top and two sides. (see illustration above). NOTE: Color options are painted to AAMA 2605 performance requirements.
2. Weather strip on top and 2 sides. None on bottom rail as to let any moisture weep out.
3. Does not come with hardware, use existing hardware that must be moved to new sash.
4. You will choose your standard size based on the sash size shown above.
5. Choose from three different glass options.
6. Add grilles in between the glass if you wish.
7. Option of interior face only to be pre primed for painting or raw pine for staining.
8. Option for tempered safety glass
9. These sash are manufactured with Semco's Current 4 sided interior machined rabbit as the replacements they offered up until they closed in December of 2019
10. Eight clad colors offered. Custom colors offered for an upcharge on 20 or more sash

1. While these are manufactured to fit into the Semco openings, they are not an exact match. (Please see illustration above)
2. These are manufactured to order and non-returnable.
3. If you presently have a wood removable grille in your window you will need to reorder those as old existing grilles will not fit into new replacement sash.  
4. If you are looking for a simulated divided light (a grilled affixed to the exterior and interior of sash)

6. Price per sash to crate/handle /ship is $120 each.

 NOTE: WHEN FIGURING SIZES IT'S ALWAYS WIDTH FIRST

 You will have to answer these questions before you can put into shopping cart

1. Visible glass width & height:            Determine your unit size, if you are with in 5/8’’ either way your alright

2. Sash series:                                 Choose if you have tandem style casement or multi point style ( must view the illustrations above to help you choose)

3. Hinging:                                      Does your unit vent (operate) or is it stationary (fixed no operable)

4. Sash color:                                  Choose exterior color of extruded sash or if it is wood choose that option (you have to replace clad with clad and wood with wood)

5. Grille in air space:                         choose pattern (illustration example above for grille patterns/styles). Always choose grilles by (boxes wide x boxes high)

6. Glass                                          Choose type of glass you want

7. Tempered (safety) glass:                Choose  if you need tempered safety class or not. Local codes will determine that

8. Interior Finish:                             Choose if you want your sash raw wood or pre primed for painting

 

 NOTE: does not matter if you have a 1,2,3,4,5 or 6 wide casement you just choose the individual sash that you need for that opening
