This is the (operating casement only) casement sill cover only with no weather strip applied. Come in pine and have to be field trimmed and notched. NOTE: These will ONLY fit casements manufactured July 2005 to present with no modifications. Hint: if your unit is 2005 or newer you will have multi point locking system. If it is older you will have exposed sash locks. Usually ships 1-2weeks. Special order No returns
