These replacement sash are for SEMCO (SIMULATED DIVIDED LIGHT ONLY) replacement casement sash (has grille bars adhered to inside and outside of glass). SDL Replacement sash fits Semco TDM surface mounted sash locks 1980 to 2005: AND Sequential sash locks 2005 to 2019:

  

   

Semco Closed its doors in December of 2019,we offer a replacement sash that fits into the Semco casement frame. While these are similar, they are not an exact match. Please note the Cad engineering drawing of the replacement sash we offer.

 

COMES WITH

1. The replacement sash comes complete with aluminum clad exterior /interior pine/glass/and weather strip on top and two sides. (see illustration above)
2. Does not come with hardware, use existing hardware that must be moved to new sash.
3. You will choose your standard size based on the sash size shown above.
4. Choose from three different glass options.
5. Add grilles in between the glass if you wish.
6. Option of interior face to be pre primed for painting or raw pine for staining.
7. Option for tempered safety glass
8. These sash are manufactured with Semco's Current 4-sided interior machined rabbit just like the replacements they offered up until they closed in December of 2019
9. Eight clad colors offered. Custom colors offered for an upcharge on 20 or more sash

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW:

1. While these are manufactured to fit into the Semco openings, they are not an exact match. (please see illustrations above for mechanical cad drawings)
2. These are manufactured to order and non-returnable.
3. If you presently have a wood removable grille in your window you will need to reorder those as old existing grilles will not fit into new replacement sash. Grille no longer offered.
4. If you are looking for a simulated divided light (a grilled affixed to the exterior and interior of sash)
5. We strongly suggest you order a color sample to compare with what you have. The SKU: Color Palette

7. Price per sash to crate/handle /ship is $165 each.

10. If you choose the interior pre priming option please note that it will be primed on interior face only, not the edges, because these are pre primed prior to our final machining step we do not have the ability to do the edges.

 

 NOTE: Because primed wood exterior sash and clad exterior sash are not interchangeable, you have to choose the exterior that you currently have in your home. If you have a wood exterior on your sash you must choose "wood exterior sash (no cladding) has to be painted. Please take time with your choices as these are manufactured to order and can be canceled or changed after 24hrs of order.
