Replacement sash ONLY to fit Hurd standard size CLAD exterior casement only

  Hurd filed for bankruptcy in 2014 and is no longer.

  We offer a replacement sash that fits into the Hurd frame.

1. The replacement sash come complete with aluminum clad exterior /interior pine/glass/and weather strip on top and two sides. (see illustration above)
2. Does not come with hardware, use existing hardware that must be moved to new sash.
3. You will choose your standard size based on the sash size shown above.
4. Choose from three different glass options.
5. Add grilles in between the glass if you wish.
6. Option of interior face to be pre primed for painting or raw pine for staining.
7. Option for tempered safety glass
8. Eight clad colors offered. Custom colors offered for an upcharge on 20 or more sash

  SPECIAL NOTES 

1. While these are manufactured to fit into the Hurd openings, they are not an exact match. (Please see comparison illustration above)
2. These are manufactured to order and non-returnable.
3. If you have a wood removable grille you will need to reorder those as old existing grilles will not fit into new replacement sash.
4. If you are looking for a simulated divided light (a grilled affixed to the exterior and interior of sash) that will have to be custom quoted.
