Monarch "Majestic Series Flex back" Jamb liner sets with balances installed for extruded clad sash 2001 to present These are the style of balances for you if you have easy tilt style balance: meaning you pull to tabs on each side of sash to get the sash to drop in to you . There are tilt latches on this style of liner See pictures above for reference.

There are several different types of styles of balances for Monarch windows so it is important to read all information given and view all illustrations offered. These Monarch liners are only sold in sets. You will get one left hand liner and one right hand liner. The liners will come complete with the balances installed. Tilt pins are not included. These are manufactured to order and non-returnable so please read carefully below. These liners are ordered and based of the visible glass width and height of the bottom and or top sash (always always width first) Allow 7-10 weeks for shipping.
These are the balances for you if:
1. You have a Monarch double hung windows with Easy tilt balances ( meaning you have just hit 2 buttons on top rail of bottom sash to get sash to tilt in)
2. You have equal glass widths on both top and bottom sash (all liners are based on visible glass widths and heights of your window.)
4. You have Interior glazing bead ( no rubber boot holding glass in like the old Windsor series)
5. If your sash are aluminum clad exterior and exterior frame is aluminum clad exterior
6. If your balance system is a block and tackle ( strings and pullies) and all of the vinyl (plastic) is exposed on left and right liner
7. Your unit was manufactured 2001 to present
