This replacement sash is for Lincoln units units manufactured from January 13th 2009 to present. Pine sash . Use hardware from your existing unit. These sash are manufactured to order and can not be returned. Usually ships in 5-6 weeks. Handling,creating,and shipping included to lower 48 states.
You must answer the following questions prior to putting into shopping cart
1. unit size: based on visible glass width and height
2. operation: stationary or fixed sash
3. handing: left or right side sash (as viewed from outside looking in) Illustrations above
4. exterior: exterior either aluminum clad, vinyl clad, or all wood
5. color: choose color if cladded choose wood not cladded

7. GIA's : choose style and patter for GIA's (grilles in the air space) In-between the glass) illustrations above to help make choices
8. Tempered: choose if you need tempered safety glass or not
9. Finish: choose if you want raw pine interior or pre primed for painting
How to tell if your windows are 2009 or newer:
If your windows are 2009 or newer they will have a wood glazing bead holding glass in from interior. If they are older they will have an exterior vinyl glazing bead hold glass in from outside the window.
