These are for easy tilt CLAD WOOD Hurd  double hungs ONLY manufactured 2003 -2013 for the easy tilt units that have a block and tackle balance system (not a spring system) and go on sash where they go into jamb liner. Sold in sets of two ( 1 left & 1 right pin). NOTE: you would need two sets if you were going to do both the top and bottom sash. Usually ships in 1-2 weeks. No returns
