Hoppe Tongue Gear Replaces the ROTO Gear that is no longer available. This Replacement Hoppe Gear fits the mortis on Lincoln doors manufactured 1996 to 2002 to. You must choose your panel height above. Because the ROTO gear is no longer manufactured you will need a new conversion strike plate that will come with your replacement gear. your door will require work at the strike plate as the new one is different than the old ROTO so that it will accept the latch and strike. This is for an active handle for single or double swing doors. Allow-2 weeks for shipping. Special order no returns

NOTE: This gear will come with a new latch-bolt strike plate as the old ROTO plate will note work with the Hoppe replacement. You will have to do some job site modifications to switch plates out.

NOTE:  Active handle set used on the active panel. This set will always have two cylinder holes in the back plates to accept a full cylinder. Hardware used solely for the active panel. Includes latch and deadbolt and is handle activated. When a door is referred to as ?active? it means it is the primary functioning door weather it be a single operating or the primary functioning door in a French double door set. This will be the door that opens first. 9000 series Hoppe handles will always have handles above any keyed cylinders.

NOTE: this fits doors with the HOPPE hardware system from 1996 to 2002 Prior to that was the ROTO system which is no longer available. Check the edge of your door on the hardware to see if it says HOPPE or ROTO (see picture above)
